The holiday apartment, located in a two-family house with garden access, is accessible via a separate entrance. The apartment features a large living/dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom with direct access to a bathroom with a bathtub, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a separate bathroom with a shower. A partially covered and sheltered sun terrace invites you to relax outdoors not only on warm summer days but also in winter. Basically, you can spend your entire stay with us car-free and get around on foot or by public transport.
Centrally located in Waldkirchen. The town center, supermarkets, and bakeries are within easy walking distance. Excellent road and public transport connections. Public transport: City bus stops approx. 100m, regional bus stops approx. 200m, school complex approx. 500m, bus station approx. 1000m, Ilztalbahn train station approx. 1300m.
Your electric car can be charged for a fee (0,50€/kw) using the on-site wallbox (22kW). The nearest public charging stations (operator: MER – 50kW) are 750m away. A covered parking space for bicycles and e-bikes is available in the garden.

Over 10 3D archery courses and an archery cinema in the immediate and surrounding area invite ambitious archers and those who want to become one.
Despite its proximity to the town center, the holiday apartment is only about 300 meters from the forest, with access to hiking trail 3 – Bannholzweg – and the spa park near Erlauzwiesel. The town park is also only about 500 meters away. The Karoli Water Park can be reached in just a few minutes by city bus.
Many other sporting activities are available in and around Waldkirchen, such as fitness studios, horseback riding, tennis, and golf.

Of course, Waldkirchen and the surrounding area also offer a wealth of cultural attractions. The local "Goldener Steig" museum, for example, will gladly inform you about the history of Waldkirchen. The museum in the poet Emmerenz Meier's birthplace in Schiefweg provides information about her life. The open-air museums in Finsterau and Dreiburgensee Tittling also offer insights into the folklore and rural history of the region. The Spiegelau Glass Museum is dedicated to the art of glassmaking.
For moviegoers, there are cinemas in both Freyung and Passau.
